I am a PR here in Canada. I have my husband here and we don't have kid. I want to know if I can sponsor my only brother. He just turned 18yo this February 2018. My Mother (deceased). My Father and my step-mother got separated, my brother living with our relative but they don't give much attention to him. I can't trust anyone to look forward to my brother since my father left him.
Im I eligible to get him as an orphaned close relative? He just turned 18yo this February 2018. I saw on the site it says , under 18 only. Can somebody help me to clarify about this, Is there anyway I can get him?
