Can I ship couple of suitecases full of used clothes, shoes, books to Ontario from outside Canada to my PR wife ?
Air Cargo.
Any forms she should fill ? What is the procedure please ?

Why not, contact any local cargo company who is dealing with Air cargo to Canada, they are having the all details and will give you the information.

I would recommend for shipment by sea, it would be cheap & economical.
It woul take 30 to 45 days.

My worries about that posting is whether the officer will question my wife as from where you bought these clothes (even used) ?
- Would she have to justfy ?
- Would she have to pay any taxes or fees ? anyone tried this before ?
