My educational documents and passport have different names , i have to send LOE to WES to verify that both are same person. But , WES has changed its rule that they will only consider transcript from University only.
In this case , can i send the LOE separately and the university will send the transcript. ?
If i mention the reference number on both the envelope , will the WES consider them.
