Hi guys! I am an incoming undergrad transfer student and got my study permit rejected few days ago and just reapplied. I felt like I provided all proof against the reasons of refusal. upon further research after submission, I feel like I could've submitted more

I am an Indian but I live in uae. One of the reasons I got refused was due to family ties. I attached proof of finances and properties (of both uae and india), affidavit from my dad and even explained in my sop that I was born, raised and did my schooling in uae. In my application form, I also wrote my national id details of my country of residence (uae).

The problem here is that when uploading a pictures of my passport (which mentions it was issued in uae), I also included the visit visas(including canada, uk and usa) in my passport, as I read in some forums that these visas give a better acceptance rate. But I completely forgot to attach my uae residence visa i hope this isnt an issue

Another problem is that since I'm a transfer student, my graduating year is 2023, but I realized late that the letter of acceptance from the uni in Canada wrote my graduation year in 2025 as if I'm a new first year student. I did explain in my sop about my graduating year and my gpa I obtained from there, and wrote in the application form about my previous university, but now I feel I should've sent transcripts

I dont know if I might get rejected again due to these reasons. I read somewhere that the visa officers apparently do a lot of background check so I feel maybe they might find these things out? Not sure if that's true though.

Can I raise a webform explaining all this and send them these 2 important documents? It's pretty urgent as I need to be in Canada in the first week of September so I'm lowkey panicking

Yes upload the webform

So you reapplied without getting your GCMS notes? How do you know the real reason you were rejected seeing as they only include arbitrary/superficial reasons in the rejection letter. You say you need to be in Canada by 1st week of September but that ain't gonna happen if your visa is not approved. Rushing to re-apply is not always the best move in the long run.

You can send any additional documents to your local VO via webform.
