Can I return to Canada during Covid?

I hold a valid study permit that expires March 2021. I graduate end of December 2020. Im planning to return to Canada on November so I can search for jobs just before graduation. Am I allowed to return given my details?
I read on IRCC website and it seems that I am exempt due to holding a valid study permit, but Im not sure if I have a non-discretionary reason. I have lived in Canada for 4 years, does that satisfy the “residing in Canada” reason? My classes are online like most universities.

A letter of support from your school would help, but having a residence here for several years should satisfy the "residing in Canada" provision. Bring a copy of your lease. If they claim you don't need to be in Canada because you've already finished your classes, perhaps you could argue you need to be in Canada to pack up your apartment.

Yeah thats what I was thinking as well, but technically I will be returning a month before finishing my studies so I still have the “im a student” part.
