Can I remove my wife’s name (sponsor) as my dependent on the spousal sponsorship application?

Hi everyone, I need your help and advise.

I filed my spousal sponsorship application on Jan 17,2024. My common-law partner now my wife, is my sponsor in this application. I accidentally put her name as my dependent on this application which I now realized that it’s incorrect since she’s my sponsor. Is it possible for me to remove her name as my dependent or just leave it as it is?
