My PR application is being processed at this moment, and i have with me as a spouse.
we are having problems and we cant get a divorce for two years (our country policy).
can i remove her from the application ?
if yes, should i do this before or after the passport request and COPR?

i read some where that i can change her status to (not accompanying me)
is this true? if yes, should i do this before or after the passport request and COPR?

please help it's important.

You can only remove your spouse from the application completely if you are legally separated or have initiated divorce.

If that is not possible, then yes, you can change her status to non-accompanying in your application. She will still need to complete the medical and also provide PCCs.

actually she already gave her biometrics, medical exam and police certificate and now we are waiting for PPR.
should i change her status to non-accompanying in your application before i receive the COPR or after it ?
