Could you please suggest if I can work remotely from Canada (PR) while working for the USA client on L1A US VISA ? Reason: To satisfy the 730 days of Canada PR residency obligation.

Would be pretty difficult for your employer to justify the L1A visa for someone working remotely. The whole point of the visa is for management level transfers to the US. Have you informed your employer of your plan? Guarantee that the US doesn't care about your need to meet your RO to retain PR. Your employer may also not want to risk future issues getting other visas for foreign employees if the employees don't actually transfer to the US.
