Can I reapply for my Post graduation work permit

Hi,
I graduated from my first program in Canada in Dec 2012 and then my second program in Dec 2013. While applying for my post graduation work permit, I did not add the details for the 1st program and hence I received a 1yr work permit instead of a 3 yr open work permit. Can I reapply for my work permit with information about both the programs and then receive a 3 yr work permit?

No. You get one shot at a PGWP, and you have used it. You also have to apply within a 90 day time limit.
