Can I Re-Extend My visitor Visa Again?

I have applied online for visa extension for 6 months because i had clinical observership in a hospital for 4 months.they extended it only for three weeks!!
Can i apply for another visa extension?
or have i to apply for another TRV ?.. if so can i apply for temporary resident visa from within canada ?

Yes you can apply to extend as many times as you can afford.

or have i to apply for another TRV ?..

A TRV won't grant you any status.

if so can i apply for temporary resident visa from within canada ?
