Can I re-enter on a valid PRcard if I have been out of country too long?

I am a PR of Canada. I need to make a trip outside of Canada for about a month, which will put me about 15 days over the allowed 3 years out of Canada within any 5 year period. I have a PR card, which will be valid at the time I plan to return. Will I have a problem at re-entry? I plan to go by bus. Is it a bad idea? I am hesitant to ask any friend to take me by car because I would not like anybody to be involved with the potential problems.

Any experience would be greatly appreciated.

When does your card expire? Personally, I don't think there is a problem.
