To begin with...

1) I have worked (H1-B visa) in USA from the year 2000 to 2006
2) While I was working there we (myself and my wife) had applied for my Canadian Immigration.
3) After we (myself and my wife) received our immigration papers we landed in Canada through USA in the Year 2005
4) After staying over there for over a month and after receiving our PR cards I had to leave back to USA for my ongoing job in USA.
5) Our first son was born in US and currently has a US Passport. ( I have not imformed to the Canadian Embassy about it since I do not know)
6) Due to some grave personnel reasons and delay in other things from my US employer I had to leave my Job in US abruptly.
7) Unable to decide whether to come back to Canada and search for a job, I left India (my home country)
8) Currently we have 3 children ( 1 US born with US Passport and the other 2 Indian born with Indian Passports)
9) Our (Myself & my wife's) PR cards have been expired in the Year 2010.

Any suggetions from the senior members of this forum???

Thanks and regards...

Renewing your PR cards is not an option. They expired several years ago and you have not met the residency requirement for retaining your PR status.

You can certainly re-apply if you qualify. The rules have changed quite a bit since the last time you applied.

Thanks Scylla for the positive feedback.

Can you please let me know if there is/are any good office/s from whom I can avail the immigration services.

You applied once before, I am sure you can figure out how to do it again. You need to visit the CIC website again and check the current immigration classes and how you can qualify.

Because you are still officially PR, you would also need to renounce your old PR in order to be able to apply again.
