can i quit my job now????

i got my residency yesterday. i was under ainp employer driven stream.
i posted about employer exploiting earlier. now when i have my passport stamped, at carway border. can i quit my job???
or do i need to wait for pr card??
please advice...many thanks

Firstly congratulations on getting your PR, I would recommend to get your PR card and complete your survey with AINP before leaving the job. but saying that there is nothing stopping you to search for another job. All the best.
