Can I post my application to an office in my homeland? (married & out of status)

Can I send my PR application to the visa office back in my country?
It has faster processing times & I want to speed it up so I can work ASAP


I am

1. Married living in Canada
2. Entered Canada legally on a working holiday visa, but now have become "Out of status"

Do I have choices when it comes to visa office locations?

You can choose to use the 'outland' process, and have your application processed in the visa office responsible for your country. You mail the application to the CIC offices in Mississauga, Ontario, however.
