Can I pay RPRF even if CIC didn't request for it yet?

Due to bank account limit issues I couldn't pay RPRF for my file. Can I pay it now even If CIC don't ask for it? I applied in August and usually for Pakistani applicants they ask for it after 8 months.

Yes you can. Just send them the receipt pdf via Case Specific Enquiry.
