I violate a Student Visa as I fell out of status ( for only a month or so)
and I got volunrarily departure from the US . NOT a deportation or order of removel.

1) can I obtain tourist visa to Canada. as Canada and US share the information? I have no conviction or criminal record. Only the above violation.

2) Should I say 'No' when they ask me in the visa application if I ever been deported or ordered to be removed . as in fact I voluntarily depart.

3) If I can't go to Canada. Can I still get visa to other countries like ( Aus, UK, and Europe) . or every country will know about my violation In the US somehow . I read a lot of articles that say I can't go to any country and it sounds crazy and others say the opposite .

My nationality : Saudi Arabia

Please I need some help form some experts in this subject

What do you mean by "voluntarily departed"? Did you leave on your own without being asked? Or were you asked to voluntarily leave by the US?

I was held in a detention . and I chose to voluntarily departed as I pay my own ticket without the consequences of being forced to remove (ban from reenter 5 or 10 or lifetime) and it will be in my record that I was deported

In that case...

1) Yes - you can certaily apply for a tourist visa to Canada. We cannot tell you if it will be approved or not. Yes - Canada and the US share immigration records.
2) You must answer "yes" to that question and explain what happened to you (i.e. voluntary departure).

Hi,

I have a voluntary departure from US for over illegal stay on student visa as stated by ICE but the judge granted Voluntary departure as I was not aware of the univ scam. without any bans or bars and no criminal records.

i want to apply for student visa in Canada.

What are the chances of me getting a visa ?

No one can tell you the chances. It depends on your documents and profile. Be sure to declare your voluntary removal and explain.

Are you sure the university in Canada is not a scam as well?
