I urgently need your advice, my partner and I need to sign the IMM5409E statutory declaration before a Commissioner of Oaths, however, as we are currently living in a Civil Law Country, no Notary is willing to sign the document, did someone here went through the same situation?
As an alternative, I was able to find an online Canadian Notary willing to help over video conference, will the IRCC accept this electronic signature?
