Can I move to other provinces after PR?

I got my PR from PNP, and I have lived and worked 305 days after landing. Can I move to other provinces? My wife has landed and stayed in the province around 150 days. Can we move to other provinces? She want to study in other province. thanks a lot

I just want to ask if I can move to Toronto from Quebec, I was landed last Oct 10 2019 under family sponsorship.

My ex wife and my daughter lived at Montreal while Im living with my friends.

What are the consequences if I move to Toronto?
