CAN I MOVE AFTER APPLYING UNDER CEC TO DIFFERENT PROVINCE

HI Memebers......
I AM APPLYING UNDER CANADIAN EXPERIENCED CLASS IN JUNE HOPEFULLY.
My 1 year experience will be done in May and I am thinking to move to saskatton as My sister got 1 year work permit only and we have no other optipn but moving to the region where you can get PR easily in 1 year.

I also got better job offer from Regina, so I was wondering if i can move there too, after submitting my application to immigration.

Plz let me know if I can do this or I have to wait untill I get PR.
