Yes you can move on

No, you don't have to continue with the same job if you're on an open work permit after applying under CEC. You can take any kind of job. But if you work on a closed work permit, you have to continue with the same employer.

I think if u have LMO and employer specified WP you can only work for that company unless u applied for BOWP or had it from very beginning. Correct me if I'm wrong.
