Hi all,

I applied for high skilled PR visa for Canada. My medical has been done on march 31, 2011. As on my company rule I need two month notice period before leaving the job.

If I leave job now, keep in mind visa for this month etc, will it effect on my file, process or not?...OR I need to inform to embassy about my job resignation OR not?...more over...Can I change my job now OR not etc...?

kindly help me..

Regards
Gurdev Singh

You will not be having a problem from visa processing office if you give a notice of termination.

MY advice, STAY PUT untill you get the Passport with PR and Documents.
You never know when things can go other way. Be safe.

Hello Alexander Graham Bell??? ;D

Gurdev Singh since you applied for high skilled PR visa for Canada, what is your NOC?

Congratulations anyways.

The visa issued will be valid until 1 year from the medical is done, therefore you will have enough time to serve your notice term at your job, I think you will also have a clause of paying the basic salary for the required months against the notice period, so you can save the amount from the salary you will get in next 2 months and then pay the notice salary if you do not have enough time.

Whatever!!!!!!!!!! Bottom line the Maple leaf on your passport 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)
