Can i leave Canada in the middle of the PR process?

I have applied PR under CEC, and can I leave Canada for a while ? My question is,
1.) I've already received a bio-metrics request letter and due to service Canada is closed, i cannot give. However, i will have to leave Canada soon. By the time when I am in home country, can i give bio-metrics there?
2.) After i give bio-metrics, Once if my PR is approved, do i need to get back to Canada in order to send passport and also to get my COPR and PRV OR is it possible to complete the process outside Canada by updating IRCC??

Yea u can leave. If you are not from visa exempt country make sure u have valid trv to come back
