Can I leave Canada after submitting my Permanent resident application ?

If my application was submitted as an in-Canada application for Permanent Resident as sponsorship my wife, can I leave Canada... to my family in Italy for 2-3 weeks, and back with no problems f while the application is being worked on by Immigration Canada? Thanks

I heard if you are citizen , no problems . Just make sure you are here for interview . I was told by call center few days ago .

io sto aspettando da 4 mesi after medicals, ma niente da fare,,,,
