can i land in ottawwa even if my PR papers mentions as Toronto

Please Guide,
I recently got PR Visa to Canada, Can I land in Ottawwa ,instead Toronto as per my Docs
Note : Both of them beloing same province "Ontorio"
Please advise

Typically how much time it takes to clear the immigration n Canada?
