Can I invite both my husband and his brother to visit Canada on a Visa?

Can I invite both my husband and his brother to visit Canada at the same time? Do I need to send separate invitation letters or can I request a visitors visa for them both on the same letter?

Yes you can invite both, and you can do the same or different application/invites... it all depends on how you want to play it.
