Can I include my spouse in my application of PR under CEC?

Hi guys

I am qualified to apply for PR under CEC as an individual. My wife just started a 2 year program in a canadian school under a study permit. If I apply for PR under CEC, can I add my wife to the application? If yes, what requirements does my wife need? Would such an application be faster than that under Skilled Worker?

Yes, if you apply as the principal applicant, your wife can be included on your application, no "requirements" other than being your wife and providing all the required documents. See the application instructions and document checklist for more information on application requirements.
