Can I ignore provincial nomination for Express Entry

Due to how much delays in draws there were during pandemic, I had applied for Ontario's PNP program a while back. I just got the nomination letter and I have to submit a paper based program since it says this nomination is not valid for express entry.

But currently I have more than enough score to get a guaranteed ITA in my next draw. I would rather apply online through express entry than go through the paper based application for PNP.

My question is, can I simply ignore the nomination. In my profile, there is a question called "Has ** received a nomination certificate from a province or territory?"
Should I answer no to this question? Since the certificate says this is not valid for Express Entry.

Will this cause any problems?

I think no, cuz the nomination u have is not related to EE.

Then u can answer no and it will not affect your EE profile or future application on it.

If the nomination is not valid for EE then no you don't have a valid nomination certificate for EE purposes, put no.

Also beware that the province may cancel your nomination certificate if they find our you're applying for Express Entry (SINP told me they would do that if I applied for both Non-EE & EE). That's fine, but just know that they'll do that and make you ineligible for a Non-EE route.

So you better be 110% sure you're going to get an ITA. If you do, great.
