Can I have my passport stamped from other country?

My question is
I plan to apply for Canadian Business Visa in summer to attend an event related to my field of study. I will apply the visa online from Pakistan but I will also be travelling in summer to europe. I would like to know incase my visa is approved and I am not in Pakistan. Can I have my passport stamped from other country that I am visiting. Most probably the country will be UK.

Yes, you can. You would need to contact/submit your passport to VAC London (if you're in the UK when you get a passport request)

do I need to send any request in my online application portal for that reason?
to request them that I am not in Pakistan therefore I cannot send my passport to High Commission of Canada in Pakistan to stamp visa instead their embassy in London

You need to wait for the passport request first. You shouldn't include any request in your application at this stage
