Can I go to any VAC office for Biometrics?

Hello,

I've applied to study in Canada and I live in Cyprus. There is no visa offices in Cyprus. Cic's website says for permanent residency applications Cyprus residents have to go to Rome, Italy for biometrics.
In my case I'm applying for a study permit, does this mean I have to go Italy as well or could I just go to Turkey, which is much closer and cheaper to travel to.

You can go to VFS office, you do not have to travel anywhere. Find the nearest Vfs office in your city and apply for a study permit from there.

Dear Jaaz,

You can go to any VAC for your biometrics, but you should take your passport, Letter of instruction for Biometric that is all i think. Best of luck
