Just needed your input so bad..
CIC-M sent us AOR for our Inland Application under Spousal Sponsorship with OWP app on August 7..I am under Implied status, my WP got expired this Oct 27. My son is in the hospital right now back home. I know this is a long shot, but is there a way for me to go home? Is it possible for me to apply TRV and come back here in Canada? thanks in advance

The moment that you leave Canada, you automatically lose "implied status", with no exceptions. If you have an inland application and can't reenter Canada for whatever reason, your application will almost certainly be terminated.
You therefore have to weigh up the various factors, including the possibility that a TRV will be refused and plan accordingly.

Thanks Zardoz for the quick reply..argg I forgot about the "inland" term that iam supposed to be In-Canada per se.
