Can i go back to my country while waiting for my sponsorship, my dad filed it a month ago and my status now is tourist, they are planning to extend my tourist visa until my PR comes out. I am in canada right now and nothing to do. It depresses me because i don't have friends at the moment and I want to go home

Just know that you leave and they refuse to let you back in your application will be withdrawan and you'll have to send another one from outside Canada
Since you said that your Dad filed it for you, I supposed it's a dependent sponsorship. So you are free to wait for it from outside Canada.
However, if the reason is that you don't have any friends and is bored here, why not start marking friends in Canada.
The summer is approaching and there are lots of activities and events happening and they are always looking for volunteers. It's a very good opportunity to meet new friends.
