Can i give my biometrics without BIL

No you can't , VAC will not allow even to do it, they do only with the BIL.Hello
Can i do a walk-in at a VAC to give my biometrics even without my BIL? I heard this is due to covid 19 new guidelines to help people speed up their application.
Has anybody done this recently?

Thanks for your reply. I'm an inland applicant and just went to a Service Canada office few days ago and was informed at the desk that due to Covid 19 I can go straight to any VAC, no need for appointment and have my biometrics done. I feel quite unsure about it so I thought of posting a question here in the forum.

maybe withoyt appointment they meant, cuz for booking appointment you do not need to enter any info from the BIL, but doing Bio without BIL, I never heard about that to be honest. you can give it a try if its nearby you.
