Can I give biometrics in the US as Visitor (B1/B2 visa)

Hi all,

I need to give biometrics, but there is no VAC in my area in Mexico.
It is much easier for me to go to an ASC (Application Support Center) in the United States to do that.

I can't seem to find a clear answer to this question:
Can I fly into the United States as a tourist and give biometrics in an ASC?

I will appreciate if you also can direct me to the relevant instruction by Canada which either allows or disallows this.

Yes, you can do this.

Search for Mexico and you'll see there are two options, one of them being the ASC in the USA. It says you must legally be in the US to do this. You have a B1/B2, so no problems there.
