can i get visa with 43 backblog

hello,
i have completed B.E IT with 6.47cgpa.
and i have 43 backblogs .
i want to study in canada either in graduate course or pg course can you plase tell me i will get admission in university or college and as well as afterwards visa?
please reply as soon as possible

MY IELTS SCORE IS OVERALL 6.5 NOT LESS THEN 5.5. AND I HAVE COMPLETED B.E IN 5 YEAR.

Its a bit difficult and a doubtful case..considering your ielts and graduation

Don't stick on to the minimum requirement..try to go beyond that, like 7 or 7.5 no less than 6.5. And write a good convincing SoP justifying your backlogs during graduation.

Also select a course according to your previous studies and experience. Since you already have a bachelor's, go for masters or PGD

I have seen ppl getting visa with Ielts 6.5 no less than 6, but not with such high no.of BLs, atleast I have not heard of it..
