Can I get visa stamped from canadian consulate in US

I have one doubt.
I am travelling to the US in august and as per timeline, I am expecting PPR during that time. So If i receive PPR when I am in US , can I get Visa stamped in Canadian Consulate in US or can I submit to VFS in US? Cause I wont be able to come to India and the passport has to be submitted within 30 days of PPR mail.
Kindly suggest what should be done?

hi,
you can notify New Delhi VO about this and they may allow you to submit your passport in U.S. but be aware that once submitted you will get your passport back only after 4-6 weeks.If you remain in US for this period then it would be ok otherwise you may not be able to return to India without your passport.
