My spouse has PGWP and he has been working in Canada for the past 1.5 years. I will be moving to Canada in April on an Open work permit. I wanted to continue my Post Graduation which will start in September. Can I get a study visa on an Open work permit?
Will this affect my spouse's PGWP since it will be valid until July 2021.

Others can comment / correct but You would still need to qualify/apply for a study visa and then it would cancel out the specific open work permit once issued given it would be an either or scenario given there is an expectation of being in full time study. You could still work with a study permit but only a max 20 hrs a week.

No affect on the PGWP given that only qualifies you for a spouse work Permit not a study permit

So once I qualify for a Study visa I can get one right?
And it is fine if my work permit cancels out. However, this should not impact my spouse's visa in any way.
