Hi guys,
I have a step sister Living in Quebec, she was adopted by her aunt who married a Canadian years ago, so my sister changed her last name and isn’t legally my sister although we are related by blood. Do you know what I should do in this case? Should I get points for her or not?

Unlikely as you won't be able to provide any legal document showing your relationship.
