Hi,

I hope someone can help me out here. My dad married a Canadian citizen. I have a step sister to my Dad’s new marriage.

Can I be awarded points on my CRS if I declare her to be my stepsister?

My stepmom had already started using my dad’s surname, except for my step sister who’s still using her biological dad’s name.

TIA to those who can give me answer. Thank you.

P. S. I’m referring to Express Entry CRS point system.
