Can i get Off campus job directly when i reach canada ?

Dears i want to study in canada as a full time student i want to ask that when i get everything ( addmission , visa etc ) .When i reach canada i want to start work directly next week

Can i do that ?

first of all u should concentrate on getting admission, all other things doesnt matter at this stage!

i can share u the knowledge which i hv on ur post
the on campus job is really tough to get ...it is possible but its difficult...
the off campus work permit is allowed after 6 months ...u can do it on the day after u reach there if u could possible to get an employer..and its illegal and you hav to take the risk ..if caught then u cant c any other country for the next 10 years ..be this on ur mind..

to have off campus work permit you will need SIN card.

You can appy for SIN card after 4 months.

without SIN card it is too difficult to get job

You have to wait 6 months + 45 days (Processing time) for off campus work permit......In the mean time you can work on campus.

Momi has given the correct answer. IF you are attending a qualified school, you will be able to apply for an off campus work permit after completing six months of full time studies.

IF you are not attending a qualified school, then you will not qualify for an off campus work permit.

So the answer to your question is no. You cannot start work as soon as you reach Canada.

apart from still to qualify for off campus work permit you will have to maintain your academic grades at satisfactory level

1. Means you won't get any permit (off-campus or PGWP) to work in Canada if your school is not listed here www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/institutions/participants.asp
