Can I get my Parents to get the police clearance certificate on my behalf?

I was checking the BLS International's website and it turns out that they take 4-6 weeks to process the application. That's a long time to get the police clearance certificate.

In order to avoid the long wait, can I get my Parents to have the certificate issued?

How would that make it any faster? Don't you need the PCC in your name?

Well, my Parents did talk to someone they know & he told them that it will take a day or two & I would get it in my name obviously.

Ok, do that then, but it makes no sense unless you aren't explaining it fully. Are they in your home country and you are abroad? Is that what you are asking?

Just be aware that if you visit your home country again before you submit you application you will need a new police check.
