Please help me get some answers with EE process
I have got this job for Category B (Software testing technician) and its been 4 months now, so gathering information if I can ask to my HR to to get LMIA for me.
1. I read a list of documents on the link below:

Considering this as road map for the checklist. is that right ?
2. My main question is, I have already having a job.
What would be the right way to do it if I am already a having a job and wants to make it as an arranged employment (so called LMIA) ?
My manager told me, company may support me for this but before that I need to study about the process before calling it in a meeting with HR.
3. They did put a ad for this opening and it was on Indeed I guess. I dont know about other portal if they put it there that time.
I have checked on indeed that Job Ad is now expired (meaning its been called off since they hired me).
What would be the solution for the requirement of showing job ad on certain portal for certain time period and should be alive until LMIA gets approval?
