Can I get as Permanent Resident with a PR Card EI (Employment Insurance)?

I am a permanent residence since 2 years worked 2 years and I might get layed off over the winter?
So I wonder will I get Employment insurance?

How to I get it and where do I have to go? and where can I find the right internet page?
How does it work?

You've already asked the question and the answer is still yes. As long as you have paid into the EI system for long enough you qualify. Did you do a simple google search? This was very easy to find.
