Can I get additional 50 points in my Express Entry profile ?

I recently obtained CWB Welding Inspector Level 1 and I am currently working in National Steel Car as Railway Car Inspector from last 1.5 years. My job profile falls under code 72403 Railway Carmen/Women. If I say yes in Certificate of Qualification, can I get 50 points for my express entry profile and my file would be accepted. Can anyone help please ? It would be helpfull.

The certification needs to be in the actual trade itself. Also, the certificate must be issued by a Canadian province or Canadian federal authority. So the certificate you have doesn't meet this criteria and you won't be able to claim the points.
