Iam a bcom graduate with 1year experience as a junior accountant iam looking forward to choose a pg diploma in finance / accounts sector so the problm is am low with degree percentage 48 so do colleges accept it or not iam looking to study with taking a education loan . Some of them told me that IELTS pass & degree is enough iam confused anyone plz help
