can i get a student permit and residences later on if i have hiv?

hello,
I recently found out that I have HIV. My Uncle states in Toronto and he was suggesting me to study and settle down in Canada . Plus I come from a Muslim Country and I am a homo sexual , staying in my country is not so safe for me either . I need to know do I have any chance to get a student permit under this medical condition and also can I later apply for residence there as I AM HOMOSEXUAL I CAN'T STAY AT MY COUNTRY .
Also I recently started taking proper medication for HIV and undergoing treatment under supervision of GOVERNMENT based NGO in my country.

Technically yes you can get a study permit if you search the forums you will find others with HIV, you will need to overcome the medical cost inadmissibility. Sexuality doesnt really matter.

Since it does seem you'll be trying for asylum, you'll want to not mention settling down in your student visa application.

what procedure do need to follow to get the student visa and will there be any complication later on if i apply for residences in Canada in near future. Further more do I inform the embassy before hand the medical examination about my condition
