If you get an approved LMIA, then yes.

Yes it is. The first step will entail getting a LMIA approval for your company & employee (viz you), and post that apply for your work permit. It is a time consuming process. It involves employer interview as well (again you in this case).
Best would be to align with a lawyer for all this.
