Can I get 600 points for EE being under International Experience?

Hi there, how is everyone doing these days?

The question is that after many years trying to find my way to PR, I got a young professional visa under housekeeping supervisor, after one year working in this position I have applied for CEC on EE and I don't get enough points to get the ITA, someone told me that being under young professional without LMIA it is possible to get the 600 points but I can not figure out how.
Is it true? could someone tell me if they did? and if they did, how?

I've never heard anything along these lines. I don't think it's possible; sorry.
