Can i file PCC application again if previous one is still shown as "Under review at consulate"

Hi,

I have selected a police station at a different address where I stayed recently in india. But police in India rejected it as it doesn't match the address of the passport.
BLS is showing reason - Under review with Consulate & portal3 website shows - PCC is not clear and is under review with consulate.
So my question is can I submit PCC application again with correct address if previous submitted PCC is not getting updating or showing what to do. It's already two weeks both BLS and passport website showing same reason.

Note: I am on work permit in Canada.
