Can I extend my Post study workpermit based on Quebec PR application approval

I applied for Quebec PR from India in Nov 2012. Later I moved to Canada for further studies and now am on Post Study Open Work Permit which is due to expire in August 2014. Recently I got a mail from Quebec saying that my application has been accepted and am in line for the CSQ interview. I have notified the Quebec immigration about my entry to Canada other developments and requested them to conduct my CSQ interview here in Canada itself. Now my question is that as my open work permit is due to expire in August, can I renew or extend my work permit based on the Quebec PR application approval or should I find an employer who does LMO??? Please advise as am very confused as to what to do.

You can't extend the postgraduate work permit... Until u get the decision on pr you have to keep ur status .. Either by applying for new study permit or find an employer.. Or you can call qubec office and ask them
