Hi all

i have TRV and i want to establish a partnership of business with permanent Canadian resident. I have 2 questions;

1) Am I eligible to establish a partnership of business without getting working permit?

2) I have businesses in 2 other countries, due to that fact I have to stay around 4-5 months in Canada and 2 months in overseas. After 2 months I want to come to Canada again. During those re-entries am i eligible to re-enter Canada or border security will not allow me to?

I don't want to apply for working permit since I'm not thinking to stay permanently

Thanks

Are you going to make any money with that partnership? If any money is being made then you need a Work Permit.

This is up to the CBSA officer.

They will certainly ask why you are travelling so often, spending so much time in Canada.

1) if any money is not made why should i make partnership:) i don't think that making money just requires work permit.

If you make money on a TRV and not a work permit you are working illegally. The CBSA will find out and kick you out of Canada. Don't try and work illegally. A TRV is a visitors visa, you visit Canada and do touristy stuff, you don't form a partnership and try and work.
